*Job Title:* Tender Proposal Engineer (GEM Tender Participation & RA Expert)

*Location:* Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
*Salary:* ₹25,000 - ₹40,000/month + incentives up to ₹10,000
*Job Type:* Full-time, Day Shift
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Participate in GEM tenders to drive business growth
2. Create quotations for international customers and shipping/maritime projects
3. Develop and manage Rate Agreements (RAs) with clients/partners
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful tender participation and RA execution
*Requirements:*
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in tender proposal management (GEM & RA experience preferred)
2. Graduate degree in a relevant field
3. Strong English skills and communication abilities
4. Independent worker with multitasking skills
