TENDER MANAGER (CIVIL ENGINEER)

You will play a key role in fostering a positive working environment within the tendering department. This involves contacting consultants, architects, and clients to secure tenders. Your responsibilities will include managing the company's proposal preparation process and seeking clarifications from clients. You will also lead the pre-qualification procedures based on direct inquiries or press advertisements received from customers. In this position, you will engage with clients regarding pre-qualifications, professional inquiries, and requests for quotations. It will be your duty to gather tender documents, site information, local rates, and material costs upon confirmation of tender pre-qualification. You will work closely with the team to analyze tender documents, understand the scope of work, including specifications, quality control requirements, and other project details. Preparing costing spreadsheets, completing tender pricing formats, and developing technical submission documents will be part of your daily tasks. You will conduct a comparative analysis of bids submitted by the company and maintain records for future reference. Additionally, you will handle post-tender discussions, negotiations, and clarifications with customers until the final decision on the tender. After the project is awarded, you will review the work order against the details expressed during the tender stage before acceptance. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in tendering and 3 years in construction. The job is full-time and permanent, with health insurance benefits included.
