Job Title: Tender Filling Liaison

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Tender Filling and Government Liaison
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tender Filling Liaisoner to manage the end-to-end government tender process and serve as a key liaison with government agencies such as CIDCO. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of government tendering procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete tender filling process for government projects.
• Analyze tender documents and ensure timely and compliant submissions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with government authorities.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with officials in organizations such as CIDCO.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to local language and legal requirements (Marathi language proficiency is essential).
• Travel across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for business development and liaison purposes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in handling government tenders and procurement procedures.
• Strong understanding of government liaison protocols and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage field visits, documentation, and deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
