Location: Ghaziabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
Education: Graduate (Any stream)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender Executive with basic knowledge of the tendering process. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–2 years of experience, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and capable of handling tender documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders from various portals.
• Download and study tender documents.
• Prepare basic documents required for tender submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collecting necessary information.
• Fill in tender forms and submit documents before deadlines.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and their status.
• Assist in preparing basic presentations and data in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of tendering processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of documentation and filing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in tender work or documentation.
