Identify and track relevant tenders (government, PSU, private) through various portals like GeM, CPP, NTPC, IOCL, eProcurement, etc. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per RFP/RFQ documents. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, purchase, finance, technical) to gather necessary documents and quotes for tender compliance. Maintain accurate tender documentation, including forms, certificates, EMD/BG, annexures, and checklists. Ensure timely submission of bids and follow-up on status (pre-bid, technical evaluation, financial opening, and results). Liaise with clients or tendering authorities for clarifications, amendments, and corrigendum. Manage post-tender documentation like LOI/LOA processing, contract execution support, and vendor registration. Maintain an organized database of all tenders (submitted, won, lost, under process). Coordinate with legal or compliance teams for declarations and regulatory documents (e.g., MSME, ISO, GST, PAN, etc.)
