Ensure timely submission of bids and follow-up on status (pre-bid, technical evaluation, financial opening, and results). Liaise with clients or tendering authorities for clarifications, amendments, and corrigendum. Manage post-tender documentation like LOI/LOA processing, contract execution support, and vendor registration. Maintain an organized database of all tenders (submitted, won, lost, under process). Coordinate with legal or compliance teams for declarations and regulatory documents (e.g., MSME, ISO, GST, PAN, etc.)
