Tender Executive (pharma)

Job description

• 1-2 years of experience into institutional tender business Pan India.
• Experience into pharma tender handling
• Responsible for adding new avenues of business year on year for Govt/ PSU’s/ Pvt corporate chain with proven track record.
• Having strong networking with the Govt authorities/ liasioners to tap business opportunities.
• Enter the products in the formulary of the institution.
• Ensuring appointment of new liasoners.
• To co-ordinate with inter department team for ensuring tender full kit for tender participation.
• Maintaining BOQ and L1 rate of competitors.
• Publishing the calendar of tender participation. (monthly/quarterly/yearly) by the tender team.
• Ensuring EMD’s, BG / SD for the institution on time from finance team for tender participation & recovery from institution post expiry.
• Preparation & presentation of MIS on a monthly basis with analytical feedback to higher ups to facilitate decision making by the team.
