Tender Executive

• Monitor government portals, private sites, and procurement platforms (e.g., GEM, eProcurement) for relevant furniture tenders.
• Analyze tender documents to understand technical specifications, scope, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
• Prepare and compile necessary documents (company profile, technical specs, certifications, past experience, EMD, financials).
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions (GST, MSME, BIS certifications, etc.).
• Maintain and update company documents regularly for quick tender responses.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and finance teams to prepare competitive and accurate pricing.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) or rate charts as per tender format.
• Draft and format technical proposals with detailed product descriptions, drawings, and compliance sheets.
• Upload tender documents on e-portals (GEM, eProcure, etc.) as per timeline.
• Handle digital signatures (DSC), login credentials, and online queries.
• Communicate with tendering authorities for clarifications, corrigenda, or site visits.
• Follow up on tender status—shortlisting, bid opening results, and award updates.
• Maintain a tender tracker (won/lost, reason for rejection, competitor pricing, submission status).
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
• Archive all submitted tenders for future reference.
• Coordinate with clients for inspection, handover, and payment follow-ups.

Skills Required

• Familiarity with tender portals (GEM, MSTC, eProcurement, etc.)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• MS Excel, Word, and PDF editing expertise
• Basic commercial knowledge (GST, logistics, costing)
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,040.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month
