1. Responsible for continuous monitoring of project execution and process flow for each assigned project.
2. Ensure all activities are proceeding as per the defined timeline.
3. Provide daily or regular updates on the progress of ongoing projects.
4. Maintain proper records and reports to track milestones, delays, and achievements.
5. Identify and document any hindrances or challenges faced at project sites.
6. Communicate all site-level issues to management on a regular basis.
