Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in managing tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements, and supporting the bid process. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to prepare, evaluate, and submit competitive tenders for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and project specifications.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions, ensuring all required documents are accurate and completed on time.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, and technical) to gather necessary information for tender proposals.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical requirements as per the tender conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing, product specifications, and additional information.
• Draft and prepare bid proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain a database of past tenders, bids, and related documents for reference and continuous improvement.
• Follow up on tender submissions and provide any additional information requested by clients or stakeholders.
• Ensure that tendering deadlines are met and track the progress of ongoing tenders.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Monitor and report on the status of tendering processes and upcoming tender opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
