Job Description

We at ATO India Limited are seeking for a Tender Executive with knowledge in E-Tendering to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Identify and monitor relevant logistics tenders on GeM portal and other government e-procurement websites.
Prepare and submit accurate pre-qualification, technical, and financial documents for e-tender participation.
Maintain and update company profile, services, and product listings regularly on the GeM portal.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary data and approvals for timely tender submissions.
Track tender status, handle clarifications, and manage communication with government departments professionally.
Ensure all bidding processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
Stay updated with GeM portal changes, tender rules, and best practices for successful tendering.

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.
Must have experience of minimum 1 year in E-Tendering.
Must be from the state of Maharashtra.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
