Tender Executive

Complete hands on knowledge of GEM Tenders portals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and analyze government, private sector, and institutional tenders.

* Prepare and submit complete and accurate tender documents as per the requirements and deadlines.

* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, and legal) to gather the necessary documents and information for tender submissions.

* Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, deadlines, and submission records.

* Bid Preparation & Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with tender specifications, terms, and conditions.

* Prepare and compile technical, financial, and commercial proposals for tenders.

* Ensure that all documentation (licenses, certificates, financials) required for tender submission is up-to-date and complete.

* Supplier Coordination:

* Liaise with suppliers to obtain the necessary product information, pricing, and certificates for tender submissions.

* Ensure that all required products meet the specifications outlined in the tender documents.

* Follow-Up & Documentation:

* Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up with authorities and customers for feedback.

* Contract Negotiations:

* Assist in negotiating contract terms once a tender is awarded, ensuring that the terms align with company policies.

* Internal Reporting & Collaboration:

* Collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of the tender process are aligned and efficiently handled.

* Provide regular reports to senior management on tender activities, outcomes, and market trends.
