About You: Graduate with 4-6 Years of experience Familiar with Tenders, e-tendering, tender preparation, Bid Evaluation, Bidding Good written, oral communication (English) Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Positive Attitude, energetic and dependable What you ‘ll do: Checking tenders online, Search Tenders from Tender searching Sites & State Govt. sites Preparation of bid documentation as per the requirement of RFP (Request for Proposal) Coordinating with accounts department for preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee. Coordinating with all departments for pre-bid queries and other data. Data Preparation & Management as per the requirement Need to travel locally for documentation purposes Coordinating & Assisting Managers related to Tender.
