Tender Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Consultant to manage the end-to-end process of government and private tenders. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, and e-tendering portals, with strong communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant tenders from various e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, eProc, etc.) Understand tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines Prepare technical and financial bid documents as per tender specifications Coordinate with clients/vendors for document collection and clarification Upload bids and manage online submissions before the deadline Follow up on tender results and maintain bid tracking reports Coordinate with departments for tender corrigendums and updates Assist in preparing JV proposals, undertaking letters, and compliance documents
