Temenos Transact (T24) Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking platform. This role requires deep domain expertise in banking processes and T24 modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across banking domains.
• Lead functional workshops and gap analysis sessions with stakeholders.
• Draft High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams, Product Owners, and QA teams in Agile environments.
• Support end-to-end implementation of T24 modules including TAP, TDS, TDH, and Private Banking products.
• Drive automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
• Facilitate UAT and integration testing with business users.
• Ensure alignment with global architecture, IT risk, and security standards.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  6 years

  to

  15 years

  of experience as a

  Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst

  .
• Strong expertise in modules like

  Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Treasury, and Payments

  .
• Experience in

  Private Banking

  and

  multi-country implementations

  .
• Proficiency in tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile methodology

  and

  CBAP certification

  is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in

  Pre-Sales solutioning

  and

  Practice Management

  is desirable.
