Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious fresher to join our real estate company as a Telecalling Executive. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, generating and nurturing leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients/prospective buyers who have shown interest in real estate properties or as per leads provided by marketing.
Handle inbound inquiries from interested clients: explain property options, features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.
Understand client requirements (budget, location preferences, type of property etc.) and match with suitable offerings.
Follow up on previous leads, missed calls, or messages.
Schedule appointments/site visits with interested clients and coordinate with field sales team.
Maintain records of all calls, client interactions, follow-ups, objections, and outcomes in CRM or relevant spreadsheet/database.
Achieve or attempt to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, appointments scheduled.
Keep yourself updated about ongoing real estate projects, offers, legal formalities, approvals, possession status etc., so you can answer client queries accurately.
Provide feedback to management on common client objections or suggestions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
