Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in both Tamil and English, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities: ● Should possess marketing skills. ● Able to sell our service/products. ● Handle strategies to close effective deals. ● Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. ● Address customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. ● Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers. ● Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. ● Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals. Requirements: ● Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. ● Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. ● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Basic computer knowledge is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From β‚Ή12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
