Make outbound calls to convert hostel booking leads.
Explain property details, pricing, and facilities to parents and students.
Handle objections confidently and ensure smooth follow-ups.
Update and manage all leads and follow-ups in CRM accurately.
Coordinate with the property and accounts team for visit scheduling and payments.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
Target-driven and disciplined work approach.
6 months2 years of experience in telesales preferred.
HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
6 months2 years of experience in call centre / telesales / CRM operations.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
