POSITION: TELECALLER

We are looking for a dynamic, polite, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students in choosing the right course.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain course details, benefits, and guide students towards suitable programs.
• Maintain student records and call logs in MS Excel or CRM.
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Share information on new batches, offers, or discounts.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and support front-desk when required.
• Coordinate with academic counselors and admin team for smooth onboarding.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).
• Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.
• Friendly, target-oriented, and confident personality.
