Job Summary:

Inventure's Cube LLP is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Female Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients to introduce Inventure's Cube LLP's services/products and identify their needs.
• Handle inbound calls from international clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Effectively communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to a diverse international audience.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with international clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolution of escalated issues.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, client engagement, and lead generation (if applicable).
• Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and international market nuances.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST. Fluency in other international languages will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in a telecalling, customer service, or client relations role, preferably with international client interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other office productivity tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
