Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting our products or services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide solutions. Maintain records of calls and customer feedback. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales (if applicable). Maintain good customer relationships. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate. Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory). Freshers are welcome to apply.
