We're Hiring: Telecaller cum Front Desk Executive Location: Santronix Computers, Govind Chambers, 2nd Floor, Visanji Nagar, Jalgaon, Maharashtra 425001 Industry: Software Sales & Development Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | In office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) What We’re Looking For: Are you someone who enjoys talking to people, organizing things at the front desk, and has a flair for communication? We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telecaller cum Front Desk Executive to be the first face (and voice) of Santronix! Languages You Should Know: Marathi/Hindi/English (Comfort in all three languages is a must – you'll be interacting with a wide range of customers.) Who Can Apply: Freshers are welcome! Experienced candidates in telecalling, telesales, or customer support are highly preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred. What You’ll Be Doing: Welcome visitors and handle front desk inquiries. Make outgoing calls daily to new and existing clients. Explain our software products and services clearly and confidently. Use Canva for basic design tasks and assist with our social media presence. Keep track of daily calls and customer interactions. Stay professional and courteous in all communications. What You Should Know (Skills): Basic knowledge of software and tech is helpful. Canva skills are a big plus. Familiarity with social media platforms is required.
