This role is a vital link between the insurance company and its customers.

  • ​A Medical Insurance Tele caller is a dynamic and motivated individual who will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to medical insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of health insurance policies to effectively guide and assist clients
  • ​Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce medical insurance products and services. Also, handle inbound calls from prospective or existing customers with inquiries.
  • ​Product Promotion & Sales: Provide detailed information about various health insurance policies, including coverage, benefits, premiums, and terms and conditions. Persuade and guide clients to select the most suitable plan based on their needs, with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ​Customer Service: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  • ​Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, calls, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • ​Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients to close sales, and with existing customers for policy renewals or to provide after-sales support.
  • ​Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all company products, policy changes, and industry regulations to provide accurate and effective information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
