TELESALES SPECIALIST (MALAYALAM VOICE PROCESS)

As a Tele Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the telephone to drive sales. Your primary focus will be on effectively communicating with customers in Malayalam and utilizing your tele sales skills to convert inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers over the phone to drive sales. * Utilize telephone etiquette and communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. * Drive customer interest and ensure successful sales conversions. * Handle customer queries and provide exceptional customer service. * Work in shifts from 9 am to 6 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm. Qualifications Required: * Graduates and above will be eligible for this role. * Efficient communication skills, especially in Malayalam. * Exceptional customer service skills. We expect you to have excellent customer handling capabilities over the telephone and the ability to effectively drive sales through communication.
