Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and cold calls to potential clients and prospects
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with prospects

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling, with a strong focus on cold calling
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive approach
• Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into active opportunities
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and achieving KPIs
• Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
