Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing solar solutions team. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers about solar energy benefits, and converting inquiries into appointments or sales. Your role will be critical in driving clean energy adoption through effective phone communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects including homeowners, businesses, and institutions interested in solar solutions Educate customers on solar products, installation benefits, government subsidies, and ROI Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries Qualify leads and set appointments for field sales or technical teams Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals Coordinate with internal teams (field sales, design, and engineering) to ensure smooth customer experience Address customer queries regarding product specs, pricing, financing, and installation process Contribute to telesales campaigns and promotional activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of telesales or telecalling experience (solar or electrical industry preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills Knowledge of basic solar concepts like rooftop systems, net metering, subsidy, etc. (preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus) Goal-driven and persistent with a positive attitude Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Solar industry product training provided Career growth opportunities in sales, marketing, and renewable energy sectors Supportive and dynamic work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Experience: Telesales: 1 year (Required) Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
