Tele Sales Representative – Healthcare Enquiries (Gujarati Speaking) 📍 Location: Indore (On-Site) Company: Endospine360, Leading chain of Spine Clinics Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a Tele Sales Representative who can connect with potential patients, Connect them with Endospine Experts to explain treatment options, and convert incoming leads into booked consultations. You’ll be the voice of trust for those seeking help. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients generated via ads, WhatsApp, website. Explain services clearly and empathetically (spine pain, back pain, endoscopic spine surgery, etc.) Convert qualified leads into appointments through structured follow-ups Maintain accurate call records in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM Coordinate with doctors and front desk for appointment confirmation and rescheduling Key Requirements: Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi + basic English Experience in tele sales / telecalling / call center / patient counselling Comfortable with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM tools Ability to build rapport with patients and follow-up persistently Previous experience in healthcare or clinic-based sales preferred What We Offer: Opportunity to work in one of India’s leading spine care centers Training in healthcare communications Professional growth in the healthcare industry How to Apply: send your resume on endospine360@gmail.com
