Telesales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team at Design Legends. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with services knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in [Languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
