Calltawk Solutions LLC-FZ is an innovative online digital call handling platform designed to manage inbound and outbound calls with unparalleled efficiency. We are looking for a dedicated Female Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales leads.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow-up calls.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Location: Candidates must be residents of Kolkata.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
