Job Description

As a Telesales Real Estate professional at our company, your role involves actively contacting potential buyers and sellers through phone calls to generate leads. You will provide information about available properties, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments with sales agents for further discussions and property viewings. Your primary responsibilities include: - Lead generation: Making outbound calls to identify potential buyers and sellers interested in real estate through cold calling. - Qualifying leads: Asking probing questions to understand customer needs, budget, and property requirements. - Presenting property information: Providing detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, location, and neighborhood details. - Scheduling appointments: Coordinating property viewings by setting up appointments between potential clients and sales agents. - Following up with leads: Maintaining communication through email and phone calls to nurture interest and move clients through the sales funnel. - CRM management: Updating customer information and tracking lead progress within the company's CRM system. - Sales target achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas. Required skills for this role include: - Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate information clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone. - Active listening: Effectively listening to customer needs and concerns to tailor presentations accordingly. - Salesmanship: Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into qualified buyers and sellers. - Real estate knowledge: Understanding of local market conditions, property types, and real estate regulations. - Persistence: Ability to overcome objections and maintain positive interactions even when facing resistance. - CRM proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer data and track sales progress.
