Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Rajeev Nagar, Patna
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telesales Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, convince customers, and achieve monthly sales targets. Candidates with good communication and convincing skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain products/services to customers clearly.
Convince customers and generate leads.
Maintain call records and customer database.
Follow up with customers for sales closures.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate
Fresher or experienced both can apply
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic computer & calling skills
Target-oriented and confident personality
