Telesales - Policy Advisor

Role Overview: As a Policy Advisor based in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate in English and Hindi with customers. You will need to be a quick learner, adept at understanding new systems and processes, and meticulous in your communication to minimize errors. The role entails working full-time, including 6 days a week with a rotational week off. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts at the Silk Board location.
