2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify business leads through calls and follow-ups.
3. Product Explanation: Clearly explain the benefits of toll-free services and ISO certification.
4. Maintaining Records: Update customer databases with accurate information.
5. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested clients to close deals.
6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion goals.
7. Customer Query Handling: Answer basic questions and redirect complex queries to senior staff.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback for service improvement.
