• Fresher: 13,000/- Take Home
• 1 Year Experience 16,000/- Take-home
• 2-3 Years Experience - Up to 20,000/- Take-home
• Incentives: Performance up to 40,000 (Basis on Monthly performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products.
• Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
• Maintain customer data and follow up for renewals and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic understanding of insurance or financial products (preferred).
