Tele Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Build, manage, and mentor a team of tele sales managers, team leads and executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and execute telesales strategies, scripts, and campaigns aligned with business goals.

• Performance Management:

  Monitor KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue) and implement data-driven improvements.

• Training & Development:

  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.

• Process Optimization:

  Ensure use of CRM tools for call tracking, lead management, and reporting.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns, offers, and customer feedback.

• Customer Focus:

  Ensure excellent customer experience during the telesales process, handling escalations where required.

• Reporting:

  Present weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights to management

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience (8+ years) in tele sales or inside sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role selling B2B Solutions in India
• Managed a minimum sales target of 10+ Crores annually
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto motivate and inspire a sales team to perform at their best.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Excel, and sales analytics tools.
• Strongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluentin English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
