Telesales Executives - Health Insurance

As a Sales Representative for our insurance company, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls to potential clients and educating them about the importance of life insurance. Your role will involve coordinating with underwriters and insurance carriers, designing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and selling new insurance contracts or adjusting existing ones. To excel in this position, you will need to contact potential clients through various means such as networking, cold calling, and using referrals to create rapport. You will also be expected to appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers to sell them suitable protection plans. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales. The work location for this role is in person.
