About the RoleWorkfile is seeking enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have a persuasive personality, and are motivated by sales targets, this opportunity is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers across Delhi-NCR. Promote and sell company services and solutions effectively. Maintain customer relationships and follow up to ensure repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls and sales in a CRM or company database. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve basic concerns. Candidate Requirements Minimum Eligibility: Education: 12th Pass or above Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome Language: Basic English communication skills required Age: 18 to 60 years Work Location: Only candidates from Delhi-NCR will be considered Preferred Backgrounds: Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Digital Sales, or similar roles Titles such as Telemarketing Executive, Senior Telesales Associate, Marketing Executive, etc.
