Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Present, promote, and sell IT products and services (e.g., software solutions, hardware, cloud services) to existing and prospective customers. Client Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Technical Understanding: Maintain a basic understanding of IT products and services being offered. Liaise with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions. Sales Strategy: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and documentation. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
