Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote VSR NatureCure services. Explain naturopathy services, treatments, packages, and offers clearly and professionally. Handle inbound inquiries via phone and follow up on leads. Schedule appointments and manage bookings in coordination with the front desk or operations team. Maintain and update customer database and call logs. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when needed. Requirements : Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (1+ year). Excellent communication skills in [insert required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu, etc.]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems). Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness.
