Telesales Executive

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to present our products/services, answer their queries, and facilitate the sales process. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for career growth, as successful candidates will have the chance to be promoted to the position of Team Leader after two months based on performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting our products/services. 2. Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients. 3. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved. 5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. 6. Collaborate with team members to optimize overall performance. 7. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills. Qualifications: 1. Minimum educational qualification: Graduation 2. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Language. 3. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively. 6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Benefits: 1.
