Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Ayurvedic and Herbal Healthcare Products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and ensuring sales conversion through effective communication. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic health products. Explain product features, ingredients, and health benefits clearly and confidently. Convince customers to make purchases or try trial offers (partial payment schemes if applicable). Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up with interested customers to close sales. Work closely with the marketing and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
