Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy building customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain product/service offerings and address customer queries.
• Persuade prospects to purchase and close sales effectively.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
