Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Unacademy Centre, Noida Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred Job Description:Unacademy Centre in Noida is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, providing information about our educational services, and converting potential leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Unacademy’s educational offerings. Explain course details, benefits, and answer queries to potential leads. Understand the needs of the students and provide suitable solutions from Unacademy’s course catalogue. Generate leads and maintain a record of customer details. Follow-up with interested candidates and ensure the conversion of leads into enrollments. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion. Requirements:Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory. Skills:Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Ability to engage with clients over the phone and build rapport. Proficient in understanding and articulating student needs. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
