Telesales Executive / Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive / Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining product details, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or packages.
• Maintain customer databases and record call details in CRM software.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Report customer feedback, issues, and suggestions to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer support (freshers can also apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (in Telugu/English/Hindi as required).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Good listening skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
