Job Description: We are looking for a Telesales Executive with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or customer calling roles and should be confident, target-driven, and quick to learn. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain products/services and generate interest Handle customer queries professionally Maintain call records and update CRM Follow up on leads and close sales Meet daily/weekly sales targets Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of telesales or customer service experience Good communication skills (verbal and written) Confident and active personality Basic computer knowledge Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Calling: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
