Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18 Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off) Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tele Counsellors to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves reaching out to potential students (leads provided by the company) and encouraging them to attend our free walk-in seminars . If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Contact students from the provided leads and explain the benefits of attending the free seminar. Convince and guide students to participate in the walk-in sessions. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Requirements: Education: No specific degree required. Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. 6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO (Outbound process), Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Tele calling preferred.
