About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling franchise opportunities to potential business partners over calls, emails, and virtual meetings. If you have a flair for communication, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage potential leads for franchise sales through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Present the business model and benefits of our franchise opportunities clearly and confidently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective business partners.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored franchise solutions.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcomed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated.

Schedule:

  • Day shift (10 AM – 6:30 PM)
  • 6 days working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
