Telesales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive with strong sales skills and proven experience in closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, confident, and passionate about achieving sales goals while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer details and sales records.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of proven telesales/inside sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in [English/Hindi or regional languages – as per your business need].
