As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored personal loan solutions. You will represent one of India’s leading banks, building trust and credibility while helping individuals access the funds they need. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan products Understand customer requirements and explain loan options clearly Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful applications Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system accurately Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process Candidate Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred) Prior telesales or banking experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong dedication are welcome Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi/English or local language Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient Basic computer knowledge Why This Job is for the Highly Dedicated:This is not just another 9 to 5 job.
