Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers (male & female) to join our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and generating sales or qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using the given database.
• Explain product/service features in a clear and professional manner.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build a good relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Male & Female candidates are welcome.
• Freshers are eligible (training will be provided).
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM preferred).
